Claim request information: If you submit a clinic claim request, we may collect your name, email address, role, and any information you provide for business processing.
Removal request information: If you submit a correction or removal request, we may collect your name, email address, role, reason, and any information you provide for business processing.
Cookies and tracking technologies: We use GA4 cookies and similar analytics technologies only.

2. How We Use Information

To send clinic updates, GLP-1 news, and other newsletter communications to users who subscribe.
To show clinics near a user when the user chooses to share browser-based geolocation.
To understand how visitors use the Site and improve our services, content, and user experience.
To process claim requests, correction requests, and removal requests and communicate about those requests.
To maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate GLP-1 Near, including:

Google Analytics for analytics and usage reporting.
Supabase for database hosting and related backend services.
Vercel for website hosting, deployment, and infrastructure services.

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Analytics data is retained according to Google's retention settings.
Claim and removal request information is retained as needed for business records, request processing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
